 Spare Parts & Marine Equipment This activity is handled by our subsidiary JNE Marine Ltd and headed by my partner Nikos Theodorou. We deal with mainly trading of new main engine components from reliable/proven makers-stockists, turbocharger spares, anchor chain/anchors, lifeboats/liferafts and china license-built equipment. In addition we are exclusive agents for a number of quality marine equipment makers, such a Mitsubishi MKK purifiers, Cygnus Ultrasonic gauges, Strainstall stress gauges and others. |
 Newbuilding & Contracting We have developed our Newbuilding activity aggressively over the past 3 years, mainly in China where we have a permanent association with a well established brokerage house – Pentalink – who assist with securing off-market opportunities as well as due diligence with new yards and contract negotiation. We have recently been involved in contracting for 80,000 DWT bulkers, 32,500 DWT handy bulkers and 22,000 DWT IMO II chemical tankers for greek owners. We are also active in the Russian and Turkish newbuilding markets, where we still see opportunities exist. |
 Tank Cleaning We are exclusive agents of Haitong Ltd, the largest de-mugging and tank cleaning workshop in China. We have completed many tank-cleaning projects, as well as for VLCC’s, with main emphasis on competitive rates but most importantly thorough job and short period due to extensive workforce committed to this activity. We have recently set up similar arrangements with workshops in North and South to give our customers a wider range of facilities, but still concentrate on Haitong (Zhoushan region) for the larger jobs. |
 Ballast Water Management We are the Exclusive Agents for the CSIC SunRui BalClor® Ballast Water Management System SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited (CSIC). SunRui has successfully developed BalClor® BWMS (Ballast Water Management System), which compiles to IMO D-2 standards and has received Type Approval Certificates by DNV-GL, CCS, LR, NK, BV, ABS, RINA, Liberian Flag Administration and Greek Flag Administration. Moreover, on June 7th, 2017 the final USCG Type Approval Certificate has been acquired. |
