ClearOne announces 1-for-15 reverse stock split

At a special meeting of stockholders held on May 30, 2025 of ClearOne (CLRO), the Company’s stockholders approved a proposal to authorize a reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share by a ratio of between 1-for-10 and 1-for-15. On May 21, 2025, the Company had previously announced that the Company expected to effect a 1-for-15 reverse stock split with a market effective date of June 3, 2025.
