Our founder, Dimitris Liaskonis, has been active for more than 45 years in the maritime industry, having started his career in 1976 from the Greek shipyards, as a mechanical engineer, before moving to vessel equipment trading companies in a managing role.
In 1992 he founded his first company and in 2005, as a result of his rich experience, he established Seascape, representing initially Yanmar Engineering and IHI Power Systems (ex. Diesel United).
Our company has gradually grown to cooperate with more than 20 factories and trading houses worldwide; some of them are Hitachi Zosen / Kanadevia group , Makita Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Seagle Marine Services, Proinelca Korea (official dealer of HSD Engine).
During these 20 years, we are proud to supply more than 3000 vessels per year in the field of engine spare parts, deck machinery & electronic equipment, managed by more than 300 Greek ship-management companies that trust and honor us with a long-standing client relationship.
